What first attracted me to this cookbook is the subject matter. The cover photograph helped a lot at really capturing my interest; a delicious matcha cheesecake with blueberries. With all that I love with how the book looks, with its photos and subject, the one thing that did turn me away is the font choice. However I'm not one to let a font truly turn me away and trying something new. The moment I hit the table of contents I knew I had hit the jackpot on new and delicious recipes. The Recipes follow the same format throughout the book; Name, brief description of the recipes, serving amount, time, ingredients and instructions.

The first I made was the Matcha pancakes and they came out tasting delicious!
